Meatball skewers with thyme cream sauce

Ingredients

600g Scan Meatballs
4 wooden skewers

Thyme cream sauce:
200ml cream sauce
50ml mustard
30ml honey
Handful of chopped thyme
30ml white balsamic vinegar
salt

Method

Thyme cream sauce:

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Check the taste.

Meatball skewers:

Cook the meatballs according to packet instructions.

Spin the cooked meatballs in thyme cream sauce and stick into the wooden skewers
