Cheesy Meatball Sliders with tomato sauce.

400g jar tomato and herb pasta sauce
1 tsp paprika
395g pack Scan Italian Meatballs
8 mini soft white bread rolls
100g strong cheddar, grated.


Heat the oven to 200°C.

Tip the tomato sauce in a small saucepan with the paprika. Add the meatballs and simmer for 10 mins until heated through.

Split the bread rolls and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Place a couple of meatballs onto each roll along with a spoonful of sauce. Sprinkle over the cheese, don’t worry if it’s messy – that’s half the fun! Top with the remaining halves of the bread rolls and pop in the oven.

Bake for 10 mins until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melty.

Transfer to a serving dish and allow your guests to tuck in.
