Asian Meatball Stir fry

1kg Scan Meatballs
200g Onions cut into strips
4 Cloves of garlic
200g carrots cut into strips
100g shiitake mushroom cut into big pieces
500g sweet pepper cut into strips
500g Bok Choy cabbage cut into big pieces
100g green beans
50g cashew nuts
Rapeseed oil
100ml teriyaki sauce
100ml sweet-chili sauce
100ml chopped coriander
1kg ripe egg noodles


Cook the meatballs according to packet instructions.
Sauté (roast) the vegetables in oil and add the noodles and nuts.
Add the sauces, meat balls and coriander, mix well and serve.
